Initial Consultation $120; 90 minute consultation to review your health history and health goals and for Rebecca to make initial recommendations on lifestyle, herbs and nutrition.
Follow-up Consultations $80;
Progress is evaluated and recommendations are indivdually tailored as we look more in depth at your health and nutritional needs. Number of follow-ups varies according to your goals.
Grocery Store Tour $100;
This 60 minute consultation will help answer questions on ideal food choices, as you learn how to navigate a grocery store.
Rebecca offers sliding scale to her clients on an as need basis.
