Class Description:
Most weight loss programs focus on calorie counting and restriction and tend to have a poor long-term success rate. Your body canÕt be fooled. Good living, good eating, and moving the body are the answers for long term success. Give the body what it wants and have fun, so that your body responds to you!
This 8-week program will provide the building blocks for healthy eating and living for long-term healthy weight loss. You will each have a private consult with the WellÕs Nutritionist for an evaluation of your unique health needs, you will be given an eating plan and a supply of your recommended nutritional supplements and herbs. Meetings will continue weekly with group meditation, body movement, cooking demonstrations and nutrition education.
